p90x Week 6 Day 2 - Plyometrics

Ahhhhhhhh... sweet cardio. You know what I like best about cardio days? No Ab Ripper X!! Out of all the cardio routeins, this one is the best. It changes up every 1 min or so; you don't get bored!
